A successful history of advice and capital management since 2010.

Ganthor's history goes back to 2010 when Daniel Ganton and Fredrik Thorgren together with two former partners founded their first capital management company. In 2017, Daniel and Fredrik chose to move forward with a new company structure. In the same year, Ganthor AB was formed, which today has offices in Malmö, Kalmar and Västerås. In 2023, Joakim Lerud joins the company as a partner.

Ganthor's operations are conducted through two companies Ganthor AB & Ganthor Ekonomi AB. The companies are in turn controlled by a holding company GLT Holding AB, which has no business of its own, but whose sole task is to own shares in subsidiaries. GLT Holding AB also has ownership in Novu Holding AB, Unika Försäkringar i Sverige AB, Sekretesso AB, Leasio Finans AB and AddEqt AB.

Ganthor AB is a purely advisory company active in the financial sector, where we offer financial guidance and services mainly in capital management, insurance and tax optimization. We primarily address other successful owner-managed small businesses, private individuals, foundations and institutions that place high demands on their personal advisory partner.

Ganthor Ekonomi AB

Ganthor Ekonomi AB is an authorized accounting firm where we help small and medium-sized owner-managed companies with everything in accounting and financial advice. We tailor routines and functions that suit your company. With us, everyone is welcome regardless of industry affiliation or size of the company.

Our goal at Ganthor is to satisfy all our customers' wishes and expectations and to comply with current legislation. We put our customers in focus and always provide a positive and personal treatment.
